I’m usually skeptical of customer service because it often feels like they just send canned replies and hope you go away. But they got back to me quickly and actually fixed the issue, so I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks for making it painless

I thought it was going to cost more, so when the price was lower I was already kind of sold. The order was easy, and I didn’t notice any random extra fees popping up, which makes it feel more worth it to me. I mean, I haven’t tried every other site or anything, but compared to the ones I looked at, kiwabi seemed like a good deal. I’d probably use them again.

The color turned out okay, but the application was messier than I expected and took me longer than I thought it would. I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong or if other people had the same experience. The instructions could definitely be a bit clearer...

I wasn’t really expecting much, because apparently “all day” means different things to different brands, but this one actually held up the whole day. So, credit where it’s due.

The box showed up crushed, and everything inside looked like it had been tossed around. I keep wondering if I’m being too picky, but it really didn’t feel like much care was put into the packaging. I reached out to support too, they weren’t very helpful, which made the whole thing more frustrating

I’ve used Kiwabi a few times now, and it’s been nice overall. The texture is smooth, not too thick, and it spreads easily without feeling heavy, which makes it simple and useful for regular use.

The only small downside is that it can leave a little residue if I use too much. It’s not a big deal, but I do notice it sometimes. Still, I’m happy with it and would probably buy it again

I picked up Kiwabi because my scalp can be sensitive, so I was hoping it would be a gentler option than some other hair color products I’ve tried. The actual color turned out nice, and I liked that the smell wasn’t super strong or overwhelming.
That said, my scalp did feel a bit itchy for about a day after using it. It wasn’t awful or anything, just noticeable enough that I wouldn’t ignore it. I can see this being a good fit for someone who doesn’t react easily, but for me, with my scalp being the way it is, it was just okay.

It worked okay enough, I guess, but the scent was so strong and it just kept hanging around in my hair way longer than I wanted, and it didn’t smell fresh to me at all, so even though the product wasn’t terrible, I probably wouldn’t buy it again because I couldn’t get past the smell...

The return itself was straightforward, so that was nice. The refund did eventually show up, it just took a while longer than I would’ve expected. But hey, at least it came through in the end.

I really thought this would cover my gray hairs, but it didn’t do much for me. After using it, I could still see the grays clearly. Not what I expected at all.

I ordered it maybe last Monday or Tuesday, I can’t remember exactly, but it showed up quicker than I thought it would. The tracking updated well too, not instantly or anything, but enough that I knew what was going on. Overall, happy with it and I’d order again

I bought this from kiwabi.com because I was hoping the color would hold up better than others I’ve tried. From what I remember, it looked decent right after applying it, so at first I thought it might actually work out.

But later on, I kept noticing the color on my fingers, my towel, and even a little on my pillow. I’m sure I gave it enough time to dry, so looking back, I don’t think it was just me rushing the process or anything like that.

Maybe other people have better luck with it, but based on my experience, the transfer was just too much. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I remember being annoyed enough that I wouldn’t buy it again

I don’t know if it was the lighting or maybe just my screen, but the color I got looked different from the photo. I was expecting something else, so yeah, kind of disappointed...

I used Kiwabi for a few weeks, it did cover some of my gray hair, so it’s not like it did nothing. But based on the way it’s described, I expected better coverage than what I got. The wording makes it sound like the gray would be much more hidden, and for me it was still noticeable in some spots. The color itself looked natural, which I liked, but it faded faster than I was hoping. Maybe it works better for other people, but I feel like the description set my expectations too high. It’s okay, just not amazing, and I’m not sure I’d buy it again.
